Vancouver 2010

Petro-Canada is a National Partner with the Vancouver Organizing Committee (VANOC) for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. VANOC is responsible for the planning, organizing, financing and staging of the XXI Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver Feb. 12 - 28, 2010 and the X Paralympic Winter Games in Whistler March 12 - 21, 2010.

Canadian Olympic Committee

Petro-Canada is a national partner with the Canadian Olympic Committee (COC) and supporter of the Canadian Olympic Team. The COC is committed to sport excellence and responsible for all aspects of Canada's involvement in the Olympic movement, including Canada's participation in the Olympic Games.

Canadian Paralympic Committee

Petro-Canada is a national sponsor of the Canadian Paralympic Committee (CPC) and supporter of the Canadian Paralympic Team. The CPC is a non-profit, private corporation with a mission to develop and grow the Paralympic movement in Canada. Petro-Canada supports this mission through development of the Paralympic Schools Program and contributions to the Paralympic Equipment Fund. 

Coaching Association of Canada

The Coaching Association of Canada (CAC) provides coaches with the necessary foundation of skills, knowledge, and attitudes to foster excellence in sport. In partnership with the CAC, Petro-Canada sponsors the Coaching Excellence Awards and is a title sponsor of the Fuelling Athlete and Coaching Excellence (FACE)™ program.
