Apply for SuperPass

As soon as you notice that your SuperPass™ card is missing, call us at 1 (800) 668-0220. We'll send you a replacement and cancel the missing card so no one can make purchases on it.

 If you have access to SuperPass Online (SPOL), you will be able to replace it through the SPOL system in 3 easy Steps:

1. Login to SPOL
2. Request a new card & copy the profile of the stolen card
3. Cancel the Stolen card. If you do not have access to SPOL, please have an authorized account user contact Customer Service at 1 (800) 668-0220. 

 

To sign up for a SuperPass online account, you can fill in our online application. After you submit your application, we'll get back to you within 5 business days.Once approved, your new card(s) will be mailed to you. If you have questions about your application, please call 1 (866) 644-1707.

A qualified credit reference is a company that your business regularly purchases goods or services from using credit rather than cash.

Please contact Customer Service at 1 (800) 668-0220. Please provide the agent with your Company Name per the application and they will transfer you to the appropriate Credit Account Manager.
