Based on historical data, guests typically spend 20 to 30 minutes charging per visit.

To request the deletion of your EV Account, please follow these steps:

Send an Email: Using the email account associated with your EV Account, compose an email to our Customer Support team at [email protected]

Subject Line: In the subject line of the email, please include the phrase "Delete EV Account".

Body of the Email: In the body of the email, please include any additional information or context you deem necessary for our Customer Support team to process your request efficiently.

Why is it necessary to send the email from the associated email account?Sending the email from the email account associated with your EV Account helps us verify your identity and ensures that only the account owner can request its deletion.

What happens after I send the email?Once we receive your email requesting the deletion of your EV Account, our Customer Support team will review your request and take appropriate action. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
