- I lost my card how do I get a SuperPass card replacement?
As soon as you notice that your SuperPass™ card is missing, call us at 1 (800) 668-0220 or by TTY: 1 (888) 290-7377. We'll send you a replacement and cancel the missing card so no one can make purchases on it.
- How do I set up restrictions for SuperPass cards?
After you sign in to your SuperPass online account, you can set up card restrictions. Restrictions can be set for fuel type, volume, dollar amount, days of the week, time of day and geographic location. You can then keep track of the restrictions placed on each card in an excel spreadsheet found in your account. You can also contact our Customer Service for assistance at 1 (800) 668-0220 or by TTY: 1 (888) 290-7377.
- How do I register for a SuperPass online account?
To sign up for a SuperPass online account, you can fill in our online application. After you submit your application, we'll get back to you within 5 business days. If you have questions about your application, please call 1 (866) 644-1707 or by TTY: 1 (888) 290-7377.
- When can I expect to receive my Preferred Price cards, car wash cards or Petro-Canada gift cards in the mail?
Once you've ordered Gift, Preferred Price™ or car wash cards online or over the phone, it'll take 5-10 days for the cards to arrive.
- What happens if my card is lost, stolen or damaged?
If your card has gone missing, and you are able to sign in to your incentive account, you can request a replacement card from your account page.
- How do I use my Preferred Price card to save on fuel purchases?
Before paying, swipe your Preferred Price Card at the pump. Or give your card to our service attendant. Your receipt will show you how much you've saved.
- How can I promote my business?
If you're wondering how to promote your business, our business incentive cards make great promotional items. With three available cards (Petro-Canada™ gift cards, car wash cards and a Preferred Price card), our incentive program allows you to promote your business through customized cards and multiple brand impressions.

- What is DEF fluid?
DEF stands for diesel exhaust fluid. So, in fact, it's just DEF and not DEF fluid. It's an additive that most/all diesel engines need.
When we deliver diesel to your storage tank or your equipment, we can also deliver DEF. Jugs of DEF are also available at our Petro-Pass locations and gas stations.
- What does MSDS stand for? What does SDS stand for?
A Safety Data Sheet (formally MSDS) is a document that contains information on potential hazards (health, fire and environmental) of certain products and how to safely work with them.
