As soon as you notice that your SuperPass™ card is missing, call us at 1 (800) 668-0220. We'll send you a replacement and cancel the missing card so no one can make purchases on it.

After you sign in to your SuperPass online account, you can set up card restrictions. Restrictions can be set for fuel type, volume, dollar amount, days of the week, time of day and geographic location. You can then keep track of the restrictions placed on each card in an excel spreadsheet found in your account. You can also contact our Customer Service for assistance at 1 (800) 668-0220.

DEF stands for diesel exhaust fluid. So, in fact, it's just DEF and not DEF fluid. It's an additive that most/all diesel engines need.

When we deliver diesel to your storage tank or your equipment, we can also deliver DEF. Jugs of DEF are also available at our Petro-Pass locations and gas stations.
