PROMOTION PERIOD AND SPONSORS. The “Coca-Cola® FIFA World Cup 2026TM at Petro Canada Convenience Store” (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Suncor Energy Products Partnership and Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited (the “Sponsors”) and is administered by LPi Communications Group Inc. (“Administrator” or “LPi”). The Promotion begins on March 17, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on April 27, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

- ELIGIBILITY. The Promotion is only open to legal residents of Canada, who at the time of entry have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence. The following persons are not eligible to participate or win a Prize (as such term is defined below): officers, directors, employees, agents and/or representatives of the Sponsors, The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola Ltd., Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited, Suncor Energy Products Partnership, LPi Communications Group Inc. (the Administrator), and their respective affiliates or related companies, advertising agencies, licensees, franchisees, partners, retailers, distributors, Prize suppliers and/or any other party related to the Promotion. Also, any member of the immediate family (defined for the purpose of these Rules as parents, siblings, spouses, children, partners of the persons mentioned in this section), or any person living with them under the same roof (whether or not a member of their immediate family), are not eligible to participate or win a Prize. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
- AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND. By participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by (i) these Rules; and, (ii) all decisions of the Sponsors and the Administrator, which are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all respects relating to this Promotion.

HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION: No Purchase Necessary – HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION — Petro‑Points Scan (No Purchase Necessary): During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant may enter the Promotion by using their Petro‑Points card during a qualifying transaction at any participating Petro‑Canada location in Canada, as detailed below.

Automatic Entry With Petro‑Points Card (“Petro‑Points Entry”): Every time an eligible entrant completes a qualifying transaction in which they scan their Petro‑Points card, they will automatically receive one (1) entry (an “Entry”) into the Promotion.
- Entrants must present a valid Petro‑Points card at the time the transaction is processed to be eligible.
- The Promotion does not require a purchase, but a Petro‑Points scan is required for automated entry.
- One (1) Entry is granted per qualifying transaction regardless of the number of products purchased.
All Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsors and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsors. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due Entries, which will be disqualified.
NO‑PURCHASE ENTRY (MAIL‑IN ALTERNATE METHOD): To enter the Promotion without scanning a Petro‑Points card, an eligible entrant may hand‑write an original (not mechanically reproduced) 25‑word statement describing “why they enjoy Petro‑Points”, include their full name, mailing address, email address, and Petro‑Points number, and mail it with sufficient postage to:

Mail‑in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received before the Prize Draw Date.
Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Mail‑in entries carry the same odds as Petro‑Points Entries.Entry Limit: There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person, per household, per day (for the purpose of these Rules a “day” is defined as 12:00:00 a.m. ET to 11:59:59 p.m. EST) during the Promotion Period whether earned via Petro‑Points Entry or No‑Purchase Entry. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same mobile number or email address or device. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) Entry per person, per household, per day by using multiple/different mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s Entries and that participant may be disqualified from the Promotion. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, Promotion entry services) will void all Entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the device or email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Otherwise, the “authorized account holder” of a device is the natural person in whose name the device has been issued and the services are billed. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. Personal information submitted will be used for the purpose of administration of the Promotion.
Proof of submitting Entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsors. Except where prohibited by law, confirmed winners irrevocably grant to Sponsors, their respective affiliates, agents and licensees, the royalty-free right and permission to unconditionally reproduce, store, transmit, publish, display, use or reuse their name and prize information, as well as any other information or materials arising out of participation in the Promotion for advertising, promotional, commercial, publicity and/or any other purposes (without limitation), in any and all media now or hereafter known, in any language, throughout the world, and in any manner without further review, notice, approval, consideration or compensation. By participating, entrants further release Sponsors and the Released Parties (as defined below) from any future claims arising out of any use or disclosure of entrants participation consistent with these Rules. By participating, entrants acknowledge and agree that entrants will not now or in the future be paid or compensated in any way for participation or for granting the Sponsors any of the rights set out in these Official Rules, whether chosen as a winner or not. Entrants further agree that Sponsors are not obligated to make use of any of the rights granted in these Official Rules.

Entries will be attributed to the Petro‑Points Member of record associated with the Petro‑Points card used during the qualifying transaction, regardless of the name on the payment method.
The Sponsors will rely on Suncor’s Petro‑Points database to determine the Eligible Entrant associated with an Entry. Petro‑Points cards without names remain eligible, with ownership determined via the Petro‑Points database.
All automated and mail‑in entries become the property of the Sponsors. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
- “Purchase transactions of Petro Points Eligible Products, **where payment is made at a participating Petro‑Canada via manual purchase transaction (in the event the system is down), are not automatically eligible transactions in the Contest. Petro‑Points Members may submit the transaction as a manual purchase entry into the Contest, by sending the original (not mechanically reproduced) register receipt along with the Eligible Entrants Petro‑Points number to: ‘Coca-Cola® FIFA World Cup 2026TM at Petro Canada Convenience Store, 150 6th Avenue SW, Calgary, AB.
- In the event that the computerized system is unable to fully process the purchase transaction while the Eligible Entrant is at the participating Petro‑Canada station (due to system problems), the purchase transaction will still be eligible to participate in the Contest. The purchase transaction will be subsequently processed through the Contest computer system. Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected claims or for any failure, or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, or computer system during the promotional period.
- The Contest Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or registration of Contest entry information, technical malfunctions, lost / delayed / incomplete / interrupted / misdirected / stolen / illegible / deleted data / network transmissions, line failures of any telecommunication network, failure of computer equipment, software, websites, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the Entry or any other malfunction or human or technical error
- A Prize will be awarded to the Eligible Entrant whose name and address appears on Suncor’s Petro‑Points database for the Petro‑Points Card, or for the Petro‑Points Card that has been linked to a RBC credit or debit card, that was used on the potentially winning purchase transaction or No Purchase Entry. This awarding is irrespective of the name appearing on the credit card or direct payment debit card that may have been used as the form of payment for the potentially winning purchase transaction.”
- Purchase Entries who have been issued Petro‑Points Cards without a name on the Card are eligible to enter the Contest, with the Eligible Entrant whose name and address for such Petro‑Points Card appears on Suncor’s Petro‑Points database being the person eligible to win the Prize.”

Automatic Entry With Petro‑Points Card (“Petro‑Points Entry”): Every time an eligible entrant completes a qualifying transaction in which they scan their Petro‑Points card, they will automatically receive one (1) entry (an “Entry”) into the Promotion.

GRAND PRIZE There are two (2) grand prizes available to be won. Each prize consists of two (2) tickets to a FIFA World Cup 2026TM match. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $2,200.00 CAD.
Each Prize and its components must be accepted as awarded and, except as otherwise expressly indicated by the Sponsors, cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged, in whole or in part, for another prize or money.
The Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to: (i) substitute all or any portion of the Prize with another prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value; and (ii) modify the Prize, associated quantities and award schedule at any time during the Promotion. Under no circumstances will the Sponsors be responsible for awarding and/or redeeming any items in excess of the Prizes and its respective quantity as listed above. Prize may be different than described in the Promotion’s promotional materials. Prize may also be subject to additional terms and conditions.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. The random draw for the Prize will be conducted around April 29, 2026 (the “Prize Draw Date”) at approximately 2:00:00 p.m. MST in Calgary, AB. The Administrator will randomly select eligible winners from among all eligible Entries received in accordance with these Rules. The odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received in accordance with these Rules. LIMIT: one (1) Prize per person/household during the Promotion Period.
The Administrator will make up to three (3) attempts to contact the selected entrants by email and/or telephone within five (5) business days following the draw. If a selected entrant: (i) cannot be contacted within three (3) attempts or five (5) business days of being selected (whichever occurs first); or (ii) there is a return of any notification as undeliverable, then the selected entrant will be disqualified and an alternate entrant may, in the sole discretion of the Sponsors and time-permitting, be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible Entries received. All unclaimed Prize is considered forfeited and remains the property of the Sponsors.

PRIZE CLAIM CONDITIONS. To be declared a confirmed winner and be awarded the Prize, each selected entrant must: (i) respond to the selection notification within the time period described above; (ii) correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered at a mutually-agreed upon time; and (iii) otherwise comply with these Rules. As a condition of being declared a confirmed winner, each selected entrant may also be required to do any or all of the following: (i) supply proof of age consisting of a legible photocopy of either a provincially/territorially-issued driver’s license or other government-issued identification; (ii) supply proof of address consisting of a legible photocopy of either a provincially/territorially-issued driver’s license or other government-issued identification, (iii) supply proof that they are the authorized email account holder associated with the selected email address, or the authorized mobile phone number owner associated with the selected mobile number, and (iv) sign and return a Declaration and Release Form (the “RELEASE FORM”). The Release Form (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Rules and acceptance of the applicable Prize as awarded without substitution; (ii) releases the Sponsors, the Administrator, their respective affiliated and related companies, the Prize suppliers, The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola Ltd., Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited, participating retailers, advertising and promotional agencies and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, members, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from any liability in connection with this Promotion, the selected entrant’s participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; and (iii) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of their name, city and province/territory of residence, voice, statements about the Promotion and/or photograph or other likeness, without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by the Sponsors and the Administrator in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the Internet. The Release Form must be received by the Sponsors and/or, as applicable, the Administrator within the time period indicated on the Release Form. The Sponsors and the other Released Parties assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, illegible, damaged, misdirected, late, or otherwise void Release Forms.
Declining the Prize, failing to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, failing to return the properly-executed Release Form within the time period indicated on the Release Form or otherwise failing to comply with these Rules will cause the applicable Prize to be forfeited and, in the sole discretion of the Sponsors and time-permitting, a new random draw held in accordance with the process for the applicable Prize, as described above.
In most cases, tangible portion of the Prize will be delivered to winner at the address submitted in the Release Form within four (4) to eight (8) weeks of receiving their correctly-completed documentation. The Sponsors and the other Released Parties are not responsible for contacting or forwarding the Prize to winners who leave unclear or incomplete information, or for any lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed Prize while in transit.
The winner’s guest may also be required to sign a Liability & Publicity Release prior to participating in Prize.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors and all of the other Released Parties from any and all claims, cause of action, or liability, including, without limitation, any injury, death or damage to or loss of property, resulting from the participation in the Promotion or misuse of the any Prize or any portion thereof.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Sponsors and the other Released Parties shall not be liable for any: (1) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants; or an error related to the programming of the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, such as in particular, hardware or software errors; faulty computer; any malfunctions, inaccessibility of the Promotion Website in whole or in part for any reason; service interruptions or disconnections of Internet networks, telephone lines; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; (3) unauthorized human intervention at any stage of the Promotion entry process or participation; (4) technical or human errors which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or in the processing of Entries or other information; or (5) any harm or prejudice suffered by persons, or any material damages resulting from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, implementation or misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof. If for any reason, it is confirmed that an entrant’s Entry was deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted by error, the only remedy, which the entrant is entitled to, is requesting to obtain another Entry to the Promotion, if possible.

PRIVACY. The Sponsors, the Administrator and their authorized agents will collect, use, and disclose the personal information you provide at the time of Entry to the Promotion for the purposes of administering the Promotion and Prize fulfillment. Winners consent to the Sponsors’ and the Administrator’s use of their names, photographs, cities, voices, images and/or statements, related to their Prize for publicity purposes in any manner or media including the Internet, at any time, in perpetuity, without compensation or notice.

- RIGHT TO MODIFY / SUSPEND / TERMINATE. The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, in all or in parts, or entrants’ eligibility for any reason, including without limitation in the event of any printing, administrative error, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, tampering, fraud, equipment failure, security breaches or other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Promotion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. The Sponsors and the Administrator reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify from this Promotion any person that the Sponsors and the Administrator reasonably believe has tampered or attempted to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion or the Promotion Website, who does not comply with these Rules or acts in a manner that goes against the spirit of the Promotion or adversely or with the intent to disturb, insult, threaten, intimidate or harass any other person. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE PROMOTION PLATFORM (OR A WEBSITE LINKED THERETO) OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS AND THE ADMINISTRATOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
All decisions rendered by the Sponsors and/or the Administrator regarding any aspects of the Promotion are final and binding without right of appeal. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial/territorial, and municipal laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, and the laws of Canada, as applicable therein, without reference to its conflicts of laws principles. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with these Rules shall be resolved individually, and exclusively by the courts in Toronto, Ontario. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision contained herein. If any provision of these Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. The paragraph headings are used for reference purposes only and shall not affect the interpretation of the Rules.
